Women’s bodies are entirely different from men’s. They are responsible for giving birth and have entirely different vitamin and supplement needs than men do. Vitamin supplements for women are designed to provide what a woman needs during various times in her life.

It is easy to see why vitamin supplements for women are different for different times during their life and why they are entirely different for men.
